"Shipping took forever"
My order showed up later than expected, which was frustrating. I also felt like I kept getting passed around whenever I tried to check on it, so the whole thing ended up being more annoying than it needed to be.

"Checkout kept failing on me"
I tried checking out, but it just wouldn’t take my card (even though it works fine everywhere else). Frustrating having to keep re-entering everything and still not get the order through

"Pretty easy to shop on"
I’ve used FOREVER 21 a few times and it’s easy to look around and filter by size, which is nice. The pages usually load okay for me, but checkout can feel kinda slow sometimes. Overall it’s a good site for shopping, just wish it was a little smoother here and there.

"Pleasantly surprised, but definitely check the size chart"
I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of jeans from forever21.com, i was pleasantly surprised with how well most of it fit. The tops were true to size for me, just a little cropped, but that’s kind of what I expected from the style.
The jeans actually fit nicely around the waist, which I was happy about, but they were a bit tighter in the thighs than I thought they’d be. Not a dealbreaker, but I’d definitely recommend checking the size chart and reading reviews if they’re available.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because most of what I ordered worked out better than I expected. The sizing can be a little hit or miss, but I’d still order again if I paid close attention to the measurements

I’ll give Forever21.com credit, they usually have a big mix of stuff to look through. I’ve found basic tops, jeans, and sale items without too much digging, which is nice when I just want something simple and not a whole “curated shopping experience” like brands love to say.
The annoying part is that popular sizes can vanish really quickly, so sometimes you either have to grab it right away or keep checking back. I never fully trust the polished “new arrivals” and “back in stock soon” kind of wording, because it doesn’t always feel reliable. Overall it’s still a decent place to shop, I just wish the restocks were better.

"better quality than I Expected"
I grabbed a couple tops and a pair of jeans from Forever 21, they were nicer than i thought they’d be for the price. The fabric doesn’t have that super cheap feel, and the stitching on mine looked clean too, no random loose threads or anything.
I’ve already washed the shirts a few times and they still fit well, not stretched out or weird. the quality is what actually surprised me the most. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Charged but no order showed up"
I tried to buy a few items and the payment actually went through on my card, but the website still said it failed. I never got an order confirmation or any email, and support hasn’t been helpful so far. Now I’m stuck waiting to see if the money comes back. it makes me wonder if there’s something weird going on with extra charges or hidden fees behind the scenes. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"Return was easy, but refund was a bit slow"
I had to return a dress that didn’t fit, and the process was smooth. The exchange options were easy to understand, which I appreciated. The only thing was that my refund took a few days longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue with refunds taking a little longer?

"Shipping fees felt fair enough"
The shipping fees weren’t too bad overall, so I can’t really complain there. I do think the free shipping minimum feels a bit high, though. It would seem more fair if it kicked in at a slightly lower amount.

"Styles are starting to feel limited"
I’ve noticed there isn’t as much variety lately, so a lot of the items end up looking similar. Because of that, it’s harder to find something that feels different or worth picking. The sizing also feels a bit inconsistent, which makes shopping more frustrating than it should be. I was expecting better options

"The discount codes just never seem to work"
I don’t know, the promo made it seem like I was going to get more off, but then when I got to checkout it was like, totally different. Kind of annoying because I was expecting the discount they advertised, and it just didn’t really work out that way.

I ordered a few tops and jeans from forever21.com and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and items were all right, and nothing was missing or mixed up, which I really appreciated. I’m usually careful about spending on clothes, so it was nice to feel like I got what I paid for without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

"Not at all like the photos"
I was really disappointed with this. The description said it was oversized and the pictures made it look cute, but what showed up was tiny and just kind of weird-looking. When I tried to sort it out, the whole experience felt impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer.

"I don’t trust the prices like I used to"
Forever21 used to be one of those places where I felt like I could grab a few cute things without thinking too hard about the price. Lately though, it just doesn’t feel like the same deal. Some of the tops are still cute, but the fabric feels super thin, and after a couple washes they don’t hold up well. The sales make it a little better, but the regular prices feel way too high for the quality now. I still look around sometimes, but I’ve kind of lost trust in buying from them like I used to

The bag showed up a little ripped, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it definitely didn’t feel great. I expected better, and it made me lose a bit of trust in how carefully they handle orders.

I had to return a dress and the refund showed up after about a week. Wasn’t exactly super fast, but customer service did reply when I messaged them and it all got sorted out ok in the end. Not a big deal, just took a bit longer than I expecetd.

“I orederd 3 item I got only 2. But they kept mentioning 3 item delivered... I didnt got my jogger pant which I orederd for my younger brother. I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud”

“forever 21 items never sell out items, they are lying on their website when they show that false advertising message on items, nobody buying items and no reviews and no pictures of anybody wearing item cuz nobody bought item. They have item available in warehouse they just have a messy glitch website that isn't updated”
